Located adjacent to Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, CA this 5 story Medical Office building is designed as Phase 2 of an existing office complex.  The 4 story glass atrium is bisected by an architectural feature wall that provides both a visual and physical link to the existing Medical Office building.  The exterior of the building is covered in porcelain tiles and passive solar protection on the South facing windows is provided by metal sun screen elements that further articulate the exterior.  The medical suites overlook the Newport Harbor to the South.
