The New American Home 2003

This project is most unusual in the long series of these New American show homes. The 2003 home is really three distinctive homes rather than the usual one that were designed to accomodate the active adult and retirement lifestyle.  The three homes are attached and represent one-half of a six-unit townhouse complex. The six-unit building fits compatibly into a large, existing hillside townhouse development overlooking Lake Las Vegas. The architectural character and color palette reflects contemporary desert architecture in a new and innovative interpretation.
